Does anyone know if the L85A1 or A2 is used for basic training now?

Because I trained on the A1 in '98 and i'm about to go back in and wanted to know which variant i'd be using. 1, 2 or both.
 
Your training in 1998 would have count for dick anyway, even if we still used it you were too long out of the loop.
