I need to produce an animation of the basic workings of the Adour engine, so a few questions if I may ...

Looking from the rear of the engine -
Which direction does the LP Compressor rotate?
Which direction does the HP Compressor rotate?
Which direction does the LP Turbine rotate?
Which direction does the HP Turbine rotate?

Counterclockwise for both spools. The turbine never rotates in the opposite direction to its associated compressor; the gearing would be horrendous!
