A mate of mine's only just left there; give me a few minutes to text him and I'll let you know. Don't hold your breath though, it's a bank holiday, it's sunny and he'll be ****ed!
 
Amazing; he's still sober. The MQ's are either 2 or 3 bedroom, semi-detached with no garages. They just has new insulation put in as well as new UPVC windows and doors. His rent was around £120 for a 3 bed. As I recollect; the area's quite nice with somewhere for the kids to play and Epsom's not far with some good shops (for the wife, obviously!).

Thanks Ninj, grateful for the info. Did they give any idea on the 4 beds as this is her entitlement, not sure if she'll invoke this or just go for the 3.
