I've read these forums quite a lot as a guest and decided to register now. I start my RTS Training at Halton on January 17th 2007. So i cant wait till i start. Then after that ill be doing my Training for Firefighter trade. Look forward to talking to you all.

Just remember! Firefighting is the only job in the mob that you dont want doing! Of course they are dual traded as PTIs.

One tip for you: Buy lots of those "Fire and Rescue" T shirts when you pass out of training. The rest of the RAF loves you in them, and you can wear them to work, the mess, the gym, the bop, anywhere and everywhere in fact!

For the full effect, buy them 2 sizes too small, then walk around pushing your chest out a lot.
