Morning All.
May i introduce myself, "B8182676 SAC Green Sah" late TG19, MCSU and various Catering establishments of her Majestys Royal Air Force home & away.
Have also been in the RAFVR(t) for 18 Years reaching the dizzy heights of Sqn Ldr working with the ATC a fantastic group of young people and dedicated staff too.

Where was i ? Oh started in 1979 on 72 Sqn Odiham (with trips to Aldergrove, Belize ,Germany) Belize for a tour then posted to TTTE (and a short adventure to the south atlantic) were i saw an Italian colonel eat Scampi and chips with a custard sauce dressing ! MCSU called and was there for 4 fantastic years including a ride out to Ethiopia (give me your f****ng money) before retiring to Coltishall and a rest !

I was (wrongly) advised to hang up the chefs whites in 1990 and PVR to run a"family " hotel in suffolk.Unfortunately the wifes family ties were stronger than the vows we took in church and she left me !

Some 22 years later i have finally got out of the catering game and now work for a wholesale hairdressing supplies company in Norwich (Home of the premiership CANARIES)

Do i miss the daily grind of whinginging lineys & snowdrops waiting at the servery for your culinary delights to be unvailed OH YES.........
Cheers

Welcome to the Goat. Always enjoyed visiting the ATC Sqns when I was a recruiter. Found it odd kids would pay scrips to get shouted at but they enjoyed it.
