I am a software consultant with a large independent IT company. I have never been in the forces, but did look at entering the RAF when I left school back in late '70s. I didn't do it, perhaps I should have, life would have been very different if I had. No point in looking back though. Since then, and before, I have maintained an avid interest in aircraft, and RAF aircraft in particular.

I found this site by accident and thought I would join to give everyone here something to laugh at. :dispirited:

How did you accidentally find us?

I have just finished reading a book, The Arrse guide to the British Army and whilst looking at their website I wondered if there was an RAF equivalent. I made an appropriate Google search and this site came up.
