Hi and welcome to the goat. Lots of guidance and advice here you just got to look for it......use the search button and you should find numerous threads to read and extract information.

If you are looking for help and advice on joining the RAF as aircrew there is another web forum called PPrune (do a google search for it) which has a military aircrew forum. That forum is inhabited mostly by aircrew and will be able to offer good advice.
