The medal ribbons come with number of posts. The more active a user you are the more medals you get!

cool i best get posting. Enjoying reading some of the topics, quite interesting, im a stacker so waiting to here if we get high pay just like adminers who tell u to check jpa its not there job. DT_Xtremez_32:

Hee Hee knew telling you about this place was going to be worth it!!! Wuld be great to get the pay rise but cant see it happening m'self after all we still do all our own work and now part of admin as well......
