I have to follow the lead of all intro's "been watchin/ reading here for a few weeks now" etc, and have now decided to pass on my wonderful experiences to one and all.
Reading the Germany thread was the point where I thought that I had to join as it made me chuckle - a lot of those your experiences, were re-visited during my tour, anyway a quick biog:
Yes, a JAFAD - have gone over to TG4, but not admitting it
Recent tours include: JHQ (95 - 00); Most Southerly UK radar site: (00 - 04), as well as those lovely dets where we get paid to get a freebie sun tan!!!. Currently remain within SW, but expect a move quite soon (due to equip experiences).
