Yonks ago I spent 10 years in blue and after a break spent another 10 years as a Civ Instr - I still have my "I Never Stop Talking Rubbish" armband.
After 20 years following a career as a genuine civ, I'm back at Cosford and sort of retired cos I only work mornings.
Best wishes to everyone.

I feel sorry for you having to work a WHOLE morning.....it's never happened in my 22 years so far ...lol
