Hi!!

I am currently a civilian but looking to join as a Personnel Officer, I have my AFCO interview tomorrow. I have joined to see if there is anyone else in a similar position to me or if anyone has any tips or wisdom of applying for the role or being an officer...and also wanted to check at OASC will I have to do any aptitude tests?

Any info is welcome and would really appreciate it!!
