Hey- I'm trying to decide between transferring into supply distribution specialist or try for supply officer. I'm currently a Technical Supply Specialist class 1 with the REME so am more than qualified as far as I can tell;however I need a little more info about rank reversion (currently a Sgt waiting to complete CLM) and whether I would mark time on pay as I'm high pay band. Just a few question lol. I'm not in my normal CoC at the min so am getting passed from pillar to post!! If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd be a happy bunny!!

Hello!
Post NEM pay review you would be on Supplement 1 for TG18 Logs(Sup).
I would say that you would mark time or if you are already on high pay band you may be already above the top level & be on the preserved pay for 3 years.
