I along with several members of 39sqn need the help of as many people as possible to raise as much money as possible for help 4 heroes.

We will be taking part in the Las Vegas 1/2 marathon on 6th Dec and as I said want to do it for a good cause and raise as much money as we possibly can. if you would like to donate then go to www.justgiving.com/39sqn . Every penny counts.
