I'm running Vista and all was going well. For some reason over the last few days I've been getting a message popping up at times saying "Microsoft Search Indexer stopped and was closed".

Any help on what this means and how to repair it appreciated, thanks.

vista "microsoft search indexer"

and you will get a few other options
