Hi Guys,

Just wanted to introduce myself my name's Mat, I'm from the UK currently living and working on contract in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Come from a military family with my Dad, Grandad, Great Grandad etc. being part of the club... Looking to apply and join the RAF as an Engineer Officer once I get back!

Looking forward to some banter :PDT_Xtremez_15:

Get a "Certificate of Good Conduct" for your entire time of your stay from the local Feds before you leave. It will save a load of $hit later, believe me.

I'll be heading towards Comm's - I'm a computer scientist by trade, hoping with all this new fangled technology coming out that all needs to talk to each other it might be one of the few branches with any kind of growth, at least for the foreseeable future but we shall see! :)

And cheers for the heads up there Stevienics - I read that being out of the country for so long may affect my application, AFCO told me it shouldn't matter but I've learn't to take most of what they say with a pinch of salt...
