Just introducing myself as per instructions. Im looking to start my application in a few months time. Looking to go in as a Mental Health Nurse (when/If I quailfy from uni). Now.... I can only imagine the expression on ur face when you read my chosen career......(quite rightly so some are a little ''strange'' Id like to think I was one of the more ''normal'' ones, however my friends may disagree with me. So basically thats me in a nut shell.......!!!! (hopefully this forum will enlighten the whole Halton experience for me, well thats if i get that far, for all I know I may fall at the 1st hurdle....who knows)

A "normal" mentalist will never fit in. All of the ones I know are really f*cked up in the head.

There's at least one nut-nurse on here, who'll no doubt give you some useful gen. There are some "proper" nurses too.

welcome to the goat, there are a few 'mentalists' on here but will leave them to introduce themselves. If you are the person i spoke to on the phone the other day then after reading several posts on here you will have made more of a decision on whether to take the plunge.

Hmmmmm now uv lost me, think your thinking of a different person, certainly dont rememb making a call about a visit or anything (def hav not got dementia YET). Iv got nothing to think about Im def going for it but cant start application till April, plus gives me a lil more time to get fit. The only thing that would stop me is if YOU LOT say NO!!!!!!haha

As for the ''friendly'' banter lads if this is what the RAF is all about i think im guna fit in just fine lol
