There is also contractual law...which I find quite boring and difficult to get into....I am eager to get into the Prosecution side of things...but have to go at a slower pace as I am my own teacher....

I did Contract last year, sad as it may me I actually enjoyed it, but I guess that has a lot to do with the prof who taught it.

I'm not sure if I could study by correspondence as you are. Lots of self motivation needed, fraid I need a kick up the proverbial to get my nose in the books, usually performed by the Mrs, so not having lectures....too tough.:PDT_Xtremez_09:

Good luck to you, if you need any help with the course, pm me and I'll see if I can help...can't promise, but I'll try.

Remember Carlhill v Carbolic smoke ball!! Just about all cases have a relevance to it!! lol..:raf:

Thank you very much everyone for welcoming me.

I thought...ooooo dodgy here....being a retired steely eyed killer...well Clerk...and a Army one at that..... but I am grateful for all of the welcome messages and I will take up the offer of advice....

At the moment there is a hole in the wall where my head goes when I am on the verge of screaming...

The usual student thing...

Thank you again....all of you...

Hello mate...Go to the Introductions forums and start your own hello thread for more impact if you like...

A bit more info on yourself is also nice so we can tailor the banter directed at you...only joking...:PDT_Xtremez_26:
