Just a quick post to say Hi, I'm Matt, 20 from N. Wales, currently studying Ocean Science at Bangor University (Yes, it really is as boring as it sounds), priviledged enough to be a member of LUAS (Liverpool University Air Squadron) and loving every second of it.
Have wanted to be in the air since I was about 6 and, growing up in the Conwy Valley, my old man took me to an airshow at RAF Valley. Sat in an F3 (back in the day when you could sit in *real* aircraft and not have some dodgy health and safety geez with a hi-vis jacket and adnoids saying "Oooh I wouldnt be doing that now...") , the WSO screamed at me because I apparently nearly knackered the thing, been hooked ever since.
Starting my final year of Uni and starting the application process soon but thinking very hard about my options first, hence why I am here.
