Hi iam seriously thinking of becoming a PTI :PDT_Xtremez_26: and was hoping to speak to some one who is already in or used to be a PTI, i have spoken to the people in the recruitment office but they always make things nice and rosey.

All opinions are welcome

Welcome in Stu_PIT! Damn, sorry - spelling...how good are you at flexing in front of mirrors?

OK troops, be gentle. He probably followed the RAF website link :PDT_Xtremez_42:

:PDT_Xtremez_21: somehow i had a feeling i was going to get that sort of reply

Stay strong dude...A great many PTI's haven't done their trade any favours through not exactly doing their job as many would perceive it e.g. oddly only inviting the very prettiest of girlys on expeds or spending much of their time away themselves doing fun stuff whilst the rest of us bleed...That said in my time I've come across some bloody good blokes...normally ones who played and ran the station rugby team...A good PTI can make all the difference to a station, it's activities and it's morale...You've just got to work out why you want to be one and how you'll use/share the advantages you'll be given...

much apreciated fella, and i understand others opinions but thats not how i work, for me its all about respect. Just because i want to be a PTI doesnt mean im going to stand infront of a mirror allday, not scared to go get my hands dirty niether :PDT_Xtremez_32:

as for expos id take a front line soldier over a pritty girl anyday, like i said all about respect

Whatever your reasons you'll have to get used to the banter...all part of service life. Crewrooms tend to be like a piranha feeding frenzy if you show irritation - or used to be anyway:raf:

lol not joining up to get laid.

So is there any PTI on here or do you bully them all off?

Whatever happened to 'Start of level six'? He was a PTI...

I'd say he got bullied and left but we're not allowed to do that anymore are we so we'll refer to it as written counselling instead. Either that or he's on exped.

Is their something wrong with you lad?? you keep your bird for the weekend and get some bit of strumpit for in the week.

All I am gonna say "with feet together place"

SOL6 did come back for a quick trolling session just before Xmas.
