Simple question..
Home to duty.. Is it to the camp gate or to where you work? Being that Airfields are quite big and that can be a difference of a couple of miles each way.
What are people getting at the moment?

It depends on where you work, normally. At my particular unit, if you work on the domestic site you just get HTD to the main gate, and if you are on any of the HAS sites or the airfield you get an extra 3 miles on top. There is normally a policy at each camp.

Also, if you live in the block, mess or quarters and have to travel to the HAS site, you get 3 miles HTD for that, so it is taken into account.

Hope I have helped!!! :PDT_Xtremez_19:

Depends on the Unit - for example when I was at Spadeadam the guys working at the sites were allowed to claim to the site as it was a substantial distance from the main gate. Go to your PSF/HR and have a chat to see what has happened to other people.

Thank you for the answers. I'm only asking as there seems to be some confusion so I thought a straw poll just to see if it was all a bit grey due to each camps interpretation.

PS Sammy don't forget the other post is in Fight Club.:PDT_Xtremez_30:
