Had`it on good authority that the lucky 10 are the entire year worth of promotions! Someone cocked up the figures...And also that they were all released..God Bless the TG4 Ship!

A very good Sgt from my place has received his offer and posting to the 'Mighty 90' his is an example of how the good blokes can still get promotion.
Shame though he'll be a loss to the section, maybe his 1st RO should have dumbed down the SJAR to keep him

7 of the 10 are Ex-3's and are going into ring-fenced slots!!. Numbers 4,5 and 6 were IM's, and as there are no vacancies are having to wait indefinately (7,8,9 and 10 have been drafted!!).
