Hello,

I am currently serving as a SNCO Nurse and i'm looking for any 'Pearls of Wisdom', given that i intend to apply for a Commission very soon, after 11 years + in the Ranks.

(i.e.) Thoughts and feelings on the whole process?... Comments about the Nursing Board? OASC? Prep for the afore-mentioned? Anything really!
