Just a quicky!

OOA at mo in somewhere bloody hot and can't seem to find the date criteria for TG18 redundancy. Am i right in thinking that if you are out of the service BEFORE Apr 1st 2015 you are not eligible? ie less than 4 years to serve.

You are bang on correct. Redundancy is only applicable to those with an exit date of Apr 2015 onwards. Everyone else counts as "natural wastage".
