What's the crack with these? Has anyone done one or been one of the interviewees? What depth do they go into?
Cheers :PDT_Xtremez_30:

I think it is PET for AFCO or OASC AFAIK. I have volunteered as an interviewee and was wondering if anyone else had any gen (I know I can get it from the organisers etc, but gen from those who have done it is always better :) )

I was sent to Cranwell to be a guinea pig for the future recruiters when the school kids let them down. I was briefed to play an applicant and let them practice on me. Nothing to worry about and good fun, just remember your story or you throw them!

I did the 'interview to recruit' course with the Defence Academy...very bloody useful for when going for a job interview...it was like having the inside line!

Have they got you on a retainer? If not they should......:PDT_Xtremez_30:

PSTS at Cranwell are constantly on the look-out for 'candidates' when they have the courses on, especially the RAF Recruiting and Reservists courses. Keep an eye on the Cranwell intranet as they sometimes advertise there or give the instructors a call and see when they are next running interview week. You'll be briefed as to what they want you do and sometimes a bit of artistic licence comes into play too. All in all, good fun.
