Done and dusted

Done and dusted

Went to the Gig and got blown away (yet again) by the greatest metal band on the planet. Brixton was taken over for one night by the loyal following of the Iron maiden fans. Maiden T shirts as far as the eye could see. There is no better gig experience than the Maiden experience. They will return in 08 with another kick ass world and European tour. Rumour has it they are resurrecting the Powerslave tour and stage show.
So my advice would be if you have not yet ventured to a Maiden gig then go see them whilst you can so you can witness Rock Music history and the power of Maiden first hand.
(I think by now you can probably tell they are my favorite band LOL)
Up the Irons,
Cheers MD.

Agreed mate, having been to concerts for many, many years, Maiden at Brixton the other night is definately one of the highlights. Possibly the highlight of my concert going 'career'.

The atmosphere was absolutely electric, the whole crowd pretty much new every single word to every single song. How can you possibly explain to somebody who hasn't had the good fortune to have seen Maiden live how good they really are? Brixton Academy was a sea of devil-horns :)

I remember a few years back, a work colleague of mine, had tickets for Leeds festival, where Maiden were headlining on one of the nights. He told me he didn't like Maiden, but I advised him to go watch them live anyway. He returned saying that although he wasn't converted to a maiden fan, they were one of the best bands he had ever seen live, and he had seen quite a few.
