Its time to 'man up' but i may need help!!!!

I have recently had my RAF presentation and they recommended this site to help us gather information and get 'real' feedback.

I have my interview for ATC officer training on 11th June.

my fitness is work ongoing but have recently found out that due to my age and sex i dont have to do run in 12 mins 11, phew, takes the pressure off a tiny bit.

any tips on where i can find out more info about ATC and Administration duties/roles.

also any info on what the training is like?
is it as bad as they make out?
i mean, how many people fail or drop out?
i know it is going to be a long hard slog but abit of reassurance would be fab.

would appreciate any info or feedback
