Has any one did JMLC this year or recently im on it in March just looking for some gen that will assist me

(and yes ive rearched all threads with ref JMLC im looking for up to date info)

You don't need anything other than whatever pre-course prep you have been given in your joining instructions. From experience, you will get far more out of courses like this if you go with no 'gen' from others.
The course is all about developing your own individual leadership and management styles; you can't discover what kind of leader you are if you are thinking of someone elses ideas. Just sit back, participate fully and enjoy the experience. All I would recommend is that you are physically as fit and strong as you can be.
