Welcome, marjack. My old man was RN (1957 - 1980) and I didn't turn out too badly. I'll have to run your service history by him - some of those ships sound familiar (he was comms branch, too)!

That looks a jump and half in postings...

From Minehunter to Flag Officer Sea Training.

I`m guessing that could well be the biggest change of attitude afloat.
