Anybody got any contact details for the the JPA development team. I'm looking to speak to them about how they developed the JPA appraisal application, the difficulties they faced and the lessons they learnt. I work for another government department and we are considering using the ORACLE/JPA appraisal application.

Despite my best efforts I can't find AFPAA via the google or MOD.uk sites.

Try SPVA, AFPAA as a named organisation went some time ago.
