Hey,

Quick question - for WSOp, or most similar roles in general, what is the minimum length of service (i understand it is normally 6-12 years, am i right?), and what is the amount of years you can serve? I have heard it can only be a max of 22, but think that may be wrong, although I can see that they wouldn't want people too old on certain job's... Cheers.
 
The contract you will sign will normally be for 9 years, unless you have previous service or other things. Minimum serve is 4 years (unless you leave within the first 6 months or so IIRC).

You will be offered longer terms dependant on rank reached etc, so you can serve longer than 22 years, you can serve until you're 55 if you want to stay and if they want to keep you.
