Deploying next week and have been given the delight of staying on a RN boat / ship, whilst overseas.

Now the task is only 6 days in duration, which means if I understand correctly, no LSA to short a trip, no IE cease to exist obviously, no LOA temp duty, trip to short!!!!!

Grumbling about the lack of funds espicially with the demise of IE, a colleague informed me that he thinks I might to be able claim LSA (sea) birthed in port overseas.

I dont think this is a wind up as he seemed genuine about it but lacked the details.

Can anybody elaborate and either confirm or point me in the right direction?

Cheers shipmates.

I dont know off the top of my head what you'll be entitled to, but when you arrive on the ship the RN writers who will arrive you on JPA will know exactly what you get.
