I reckon the structure looks sound, is in good condition, very desirable and requires no under-pinning at all. I reckon her walls could do with injecting some kind of insulation though.

It was a play on words, indicating that you love to have a poke in mail slots (male slots - geddit). Ok, I know it was poor, but you know it wouldn't be Friday if we weren't chucking banter at each other.

To be honest, just apply to the Family Records Centre at Myddleton Street in North London, work out who is female and has still got a pulse (if that matters to some) ......... It would save the "would you? - wouldn't you?" b0llocks posted on numerous threads.

Have a word with yourself mate! Sarah Beeny - more like Christopher Beeny! Lucy's a doll. I saw her at the Olympia Ski Show a few years ago doing some filming and it was all I could do to stop myself grabbing her and making off with my prize.
