Having a problem getting my Macbook to control my printer/fax/scanner. I can't seem to find how to access a menu that allows me to default set it to print black and white, and it won't control it when set to scanner, to run or accept scans. Its a brother model and works fine with the PC. Any hints?
 
Mate, I can't directly help, but have a suggestion...Out here there is a 'phone number to call Mac with problems...It is normal rates and they are really good at sorting out problems. I am sure I saw a number for the UK last time I was there, just can't remember where right now! Also the Mac home page has links to help...Might be worth checking!
 
Dumb question but have you tried downloading the specific drivers? What is the exact model.
