Mops & Buckets

Hello the stacker clan,

Wonder if you could possibly help with one of the most random queries in the world.

Long story very short is that we require some decent kit in order to clean our large hangar floor. Upon investigation we are after something along the lines of a kentucky mop & bucket set. (similar to what you see round the gyms)

Sodexo being their normal helpful self so looking at whether a NSN exists for them in order that a F7109 can be put in.

Here what the bad boy looks like

Any suggestions or alternates let us know - honest you would think its a matter of life or death - basically we just want a couple of big fcuking mops and buckets!!!!

As we all know that when it comes to purchases the RAF will always go for the cheapest option even if it is completely different to the kit you want or have already trialled.

Therefore given this common trend I suggest you put an order in for one of these and you will most likely find that the powers that be will find and deliver you a cheaper option (mops and buckets).

Do you have to mop the floors now then?

You could always try Barrack Stores to see if they have the NSN or alternatively try to LVP one through your friendly SCAF. You'll probably be better off with a motorised floor cleaner, to save all the hard work.

OR, buy one then claim the dosh back through JPA?
