Is there an easy way to access the internet with more than one wireless enabled computer. I am unable to log a second computer on by following the same instructions used for the first log on.

I've got 2 comps running off a wireless connection, one home PC using the adapter which came with the wireless box and my laptop which has it's own adapter.
What make is your hub?

You will have to give a bit more info than that?

What Router etc are you using?

What Info did you use on the first computer?

Most Wireless Access Points can support multiple access.

All you should need are the SSID (name) and security key. It might be a matter of setting up something in the Router.

is the other computer running windows XP? The reason i ask is XP Service Pack 1 can be flakey when trying to connect to WiFi Access points(AP).

Also can you see the WiFi network in the list of available networks? If your WiFi card is of an older variety it may not be able to connect to newer Routers/AP.

Third what spec is the AP, a/b/g/n and what encryption is being used WEP/WPA/WPA2? depending on what spec the card is determines usually the types of AP you can connect too.

Code Monkey is asking the right questions.

On my wireless network I have one PC, two laptops, a PS3 and my mobile.

Just a thought, make sure they are in the same workgroup. Windows default is "WORKGROUP" if you have changed one Vista doesn't like it with a crossover cable, let alone wireless !

..... As the guys in my office can confirm :PDT_Xtremez_42:

This will only affect the results if you are trying to share files between PC's but will not affect connecting to wireless.

What are the symptoms of the connection problems? Does the laptop/computer try to connect then get so far then disconnect. There can be issues between some wifi drivers and the windows zero configuration service(windows will try and configure the wireless and the driver wants to do it also).

There are also issues with Netgear WG111V2 USB wifi dongles, personally witnessed connect/disconnect issues on multiple machines and nearly ripped my hair out fixing them.
