Hi Folks

I retired from the RAF in 1968 after serving 12 years, had great time for most of my service. I served on 3 stations Marham; Watton both in Norfolk and Eastleigh in Kenya. Watton has been closed for many years and Eastleigh was handed over to the Kenyan Air Force in 1964

Was Marham as desolate in the 60's as it is now? He he. Actually it ain't too bad working here, it would be worse though if I was a singly, I reckon. They still have MQ's at Watton. My grandfather served there in the 50's.
