Hi,

i did my PGSC as its now known on the 18th of January, and i have my TG date which is 19th of April, ive kept my fitness up, but recently strained a muscle in my back so i cant relly do much fitness. If i have maintained the fitness i had on my PGSC would that be enough to get me through the course?

I got rather good scores on my PGCS, 50 press ups, 50 sit ups, 11.2 on the bleep test, and the second mile and a half of the 3 mile run in 10.05.

im looking to get back to training ASAP but it looks like it may take another week for my back to heal :S Is it worth asking to get put on a later course? Or is it still do-able?

Thanks,
Jamie
