im after some advice on how to deal with an issue im having with regards to some money im owed by jpa/raf.

basically this is the score.

my substansive rank is SAC(T) q ops.(w tech)

last year for the period 19th may- 1st oct i was made up to act cpl paid.

now there were 2 of us made up at the same time but i was only getting half of the money he was due to my trade (W Tech) not being recognised by jpa for cpl level (should of been eng tech w)he is a jt so his trade is already eng tech w

anyway all the relevant paperwork was sorted to ammend my trade to reflect this for the period above.

i was posted to another unit on the 13th oct last year and they recovered from me all the acting pay i had recieved untill then.

since then i have been trying to claim backk all the money im owed for the acting pay (just short of £500) with no avail.

the unit i was at (akrotiri) say they cant do anything else as they dont have access to my jpa records.

my current unit has been on the phone loads of times with jpa and they say they are unable to help me any further.

he has also raised an issue with a "tiger team" , but we have not heard back from them.

i have raised loads of i supports but seem to be getting nowhere fast.

now i know £500 isnt a lot of momey to some people but i could do with it .

im getting stresed with the whole episode and i just dont know where to turn now.

my current unit is a dsda civvillian site so there isnt a psf as such.

we are parented by brize apparently.

what can i do??

What would you do if somebody else stole £500 from you...

Write everything down on word including dates and who you the Cpl you covered for including service no. Proof read it because your original post is all the place and copy paste to a email and send to the SNCO Admin at BZN requesting they pass it to their SUPA expert.

If BZN do parent you they will be able to view your JPA records from Apr 06 and tackle this problem. Most JPA issues when reported accurately to the right person can be solved fairly quickly. You will probably be looking at Mar 09 pay chit now.
 
I have just had a lady from the back office at JPA on the phone and she has informed me what the problem was and what they have done to resolve it.

Hopefully the money should be on mar09 payslip
 
As the OP has said that the problem has been identified and solved, couple with that fact that people are going off topic, this thread can be closed.
