Hi to you all here,

Long overdue in joining this site although I have read with interest on many occasions.

I joined the RAF in 1978 as a Sooty. Done Tours at Brize, Cottesmore (TTTE), Marham, Odiham, Swanton Morley, Wyton and a total of 12 years at Bruggen serving on the Goldstars, Crusaders and a Station Tour.

I left the RAF in April 2007 on Trance 3 redundancy after turning down my crown. Basically I felt it was time to move on after almost 30 years. Left happy with no regrets and would do it all again if I could. (Actually there is a bit of a lie there....if Bruggen was still open I would still be in)

Now happy working as an Integrated Logistic Support Manager of deployable military communication systems......At the interview I did tell them I was a Sooty, honest.

The reason that I have joined Egoat is that I would like to make the occasional comment and post links to some homes videos of my years gone by. I am sure somebody will find some interest in them.

Regards

Srennaps

Welcome Srennaps

With 12 years at Bruggen must be some spectacular videos in your collection, given that you and your video camera were almost welded together.

Enjoy its a great site
