Over the last year I've been "surfin' the net" and I happen across a couple of new ish acts that are on the up one deffo and the other should be.

Little Boots AKA Victoria Hesketh is one that will be a star very shortly, I will put a lot of money on it and I have been following her (CAREER, just for Hu) for some time now. She was nominated at 2009 Brit awards (Critics' Choice Award) and came top of the ‘BBC’s Sound Of 2009’. Oh yer, that box think she uses is called a Yamaha tenori-on.

The other is a guy called Ronald Jenkees (he might not be much to look at but plays some awsome tunes). Ronald Jenkees is a musician and composer. He is known for his performances posted on YouTube, and has received coverage by Attack of the Show! and Paste Magazine. Jenkees independently released his first album in 2007 (Ronald Jenkees) and is currently producing his second. He believes his second album will be released around March 2009. Check him out......
