Now this Footy season is over (apart from the Play-offs), I am looking forward to the Mighty Mackems being back in the Premiership again.

I started thinking where our first game would be and who we would be playing. I know the fixtures are supposed to be done at random by a computer but the conspiracy spirit inside me says otherwise, so I am convinced that Sky has some kind of influence on the first day fixtures.

Therefore, I am going to the bookies to put a bet on Roy Keane having to take Sunderland to Old Trafford to play Man Utd which of course Sky will magically pick for their first live Sunday game of the season.

Is there anybody else who thinks that Sky has an influence on the fixtures or is it just my suspicious nature.

PS: I wonder what the odds are of Leeds playing Forest if they don’t get promotion?

I am reliably informed that until all the playoffs have been completed there is no betting sorted for next season! So you may have to wait a little while before you get your odds.

Thanks for that, I will wait a couple of weeks before staking my hard earned pocket money.
