No TG18 Cpl-Sgt board in 09???

Dont know how reliable this may be, but i have heard there is no promotion board next year for Cpl-Sgt TG18 can anyone back this up or is it just a load of bull????
 
I have heard that too. Apparently they took so long to clear the 07 PSB (some still oustanding) and they envisage the same problem with the 08 PSB. I believe that they allow 15 months to clear a board, is this correct?

It better not be true, I will be speaking to a very good friend who is a leading authority on this subject.

If it turns out to be true, the already fragile morale is going to go through the floor.
 
I think you find that some of the immediate releases have already been promoted for 08 and are being loaded onto TMT coures, so i,m not sure why 07 board would figure anymore. However, a changing job market as the result of economic downturn may effect rate of PVRs etc.

Downgraded, OOAs, etc couldn't complete original TMT & IMLC dates from 07 board. Still waiting for courses. :PDT_Xtremez_09:

However, the 08 PSB would have already factored that in, plus some of the 07 PSL may have been allowed to defer promotion if they were serving overseas. The trade is in steady state at the moment having gone through a couple of really good years and apart from economic reasons promotion should remain fairly constant.

Ever the realist though, who knows what is around the corner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
