Hi All

Can anyone supply the NSN's for utility pouch, magazine pouch, lmg pouch, water bottle pouch and yoke please? Long and short back bergen and bergen side pouches would be handy too if you have them or know of a resource that I might get them from.

They're a bit of a sod to find and pretty much all references I've found are for desert or woodland DPM.

Thanks in advance
WR

All our webbing was a body armour carrier and pouches dude, we got told they weren't making mtp standard webbing as it was all going modular to save cash, dunno how true this is now coz I left in Feb

They do make a molle belt in MTP; however, IIRC, it is only issued to those in DCC roles on Herrick. Check out the Herrick kit list on the intranet, it will have the NSN.

As mentioned above, the pouches come with the Osprey. I have just checked mine for individual NSNs; however, each pouch just has NSN: N.I.V. I'm not a Loggie, so I don't know what that means. (RAF Bird will, no doubt, put me right - as usual).

you wont get a MTP belt anyway, they are like hens teeth and out of stock, hence I have a yellow diff chit.

Hi there,

I have checked and as in previous posts, the mtp pouches are only issued as part of the osprey body armor. The Molle belts that are refered to are also designed to be used in conjunction with osprey not as a standalone item. the idea behind it is that we will never go back to training without body armor so it should be intigrated into your training from the start. On the molle belts the yoke is not camouflaged it is simply thin straps that look pretty poor! Sorry I'm not much help there, but I hope that gives you an insight into why.

You could however speak to your friendly supplier who may have a number of osprey pouches not required as each osprey comes with a complete compliment of them and often users only require a small number of these.
