Please excuse incorrect terminology and/or poor phrasing of my question. Can officers of any branch be employed in recruiting duties in an AFCO?
 
Used to be mainly Admin Sec, but you did get some randoms for various reasons to dilute the pool, even more variety as area commanders.

Don’t want to cast aspersions however, it would have been rare for a branch to release someone useful.
 
When I was in recruiting they were all Pers officers, including Area Commanders (2013-17)
