I looked at several threads but didn't get the answer. Is it best to buy Universal/ wet n wild tickets off the net before you go or from street kiosk? What about eating at shows? Buy at the door or before? Does military ID get discount. Would love advice please!

Mate, have a look at the following site,

Linky

There are some great discounts to be had including free tickets, even for foreign military without a US DOD/CAC Card.

Im off to San Diego in April, and just discovered that Sea World offer free tickets for you and 3 dependents, which will save us a fortune. I know this offer as also on for the one in Orlando but not sure if its open to foreign military.

As I said, have a trawl through the list. You may get a pleasant surprise. :PDT_Xtremez_30:

I went to Orlando last October, I would reccomend buying your universal tickets out there. there are loads of booths to buy, i found the one in IHOP opposite Wet n wild the best one.

Seaworld and Busch gardens are free with your ID card and upto 3 dependents. There is a HERO kiosk at busch gardens and seaworld.

Also if you goto any of the outlets, goto the managers office and get a VIP booklet which will give you extra discount within shops. I asked in every shop and got discount more often than not.

If you are staying at a Disney resortv i would buy your tickets before you go. the reason being, you get a 14 day tickets which allows 14 days entry. The same ticket bought out there is only valid for 10 days within the 14 days.

If you want to hire a car, disneys partner is National. our discount code is 'Q8' this will get a heavily discounted rate nut insurance always stings.

Money, a visa is a must for everything, i always use a pre pay visa, www.fairfx.com you load dollars on it with your debit card or by SMS if you set it up.
I find this better as you know how much it is costing you, you don't get charged everytime you use it and get shafted by crap exchange rates. The balance is in dollars.

there are some great deals out there.

If you require any other info, please contact me.

hope this helps.

Mate, as ever - I suggest you visit www.thedibb.co.uk. These people are florida-tastic and know where to get all the best discounts - its worth a look.

As for wet and wild........ why? there's better water parks there mate, especially the new one at seaworld...
