Well MC deleted my last post saying it wasnt appropriate for this forum, suppose half of it wasnt but it doesnt make it any less true.

Anyway, to repeat the relevant half, since an edit of my last post was obviously to much effort:

That's "core" Pers(Spt) business but there's an awful lot more besides. Only 52% of the trade is employed in HR type roles.

Others include accounts, infrastructure, training & development, recruiting (a lot of posts are still specific to Pers(Spt)), discip, media, community support and a few embassies in far flung corners of the world.
