Bit of a newb question, especially seeing as me and the wife have moved a few times. When posted to a new camp, can both myself and the wife claim fuel to the new quarter?

Yes,if you own 2 cars and drive both to the new unit, there is an entitlement. Check the regs in jsp 752.

In case you havent found it yet JSP 752 para 04.0112 sub para b(1) is where you want to be looking. I know its about ports of entry, but that just covers the overseas bit - the principle is still the same.

Remember that you will need business insurance for both cars if you plan to claim for both cars.

Cheers, I have recently moved (no sh1t) and my Internet is not due to be connected until at least 13 Sep. they blame it on the Olympics! As mobile service round these parts is gash, it takes a minute or so to open a new page on the iPhone, hence why I haven't looked at the JSP yet.
