hello people first time on here am looking for sum info on pgac like how many situps and pressups you wanna be doing to pass that part off it coz its my weakest part
 
Have you spoke to your AFCO about the Gnr DVD as they have one and it should tell you all about it on that
 
Also have a look in the trade specific forums or even the recruiting ones which you can get through on the link on right hand side of homepage
 
probably not then, mate i just assumed it would be on that.
