I'm not sure this is right place to put this question, please move it if there is somewhere more relevant.

I know its early, but I'd like to know all the same. When I go to Chicksands for Phase 2 what is the accommodation arrangements?

Will we be in 12 man rooms like at Halton? Or will it be a 4 man transit room like when we went for SpecInt (might be a bit cosy!)? Or are we in double rooms? I don't expect a room to myself but if we're squashed into a transit room there could end up being blood on the walls.

If anyone has any idea what the deal is, please let me know.

If you get the old transit block it's two-man rooms. Rooms are a decent size with plenty of storage space each.
Not the greatest accomodation in the world but does the job, just make sure to keep your room window closed or it'll stink of onions from the factory just outside the camp. Ablutions are OK, seperate stalls so you don't need to worry about any willy-watchers when you shower, in better nick than the Halton ones.

A collegues hubby has just started his Phase 2 training at Chicksands earlier this month and is in a Superblock en-suite room. I kid you not!

:PDT_Xtremez_42:My bad

I forgive you :PDT_Xtremez_07:

I like the sound of En suite superblock, alas, I am not that lucky and therefore am likely to be in the cupboard under the stairs closest to the onions.

Thanks for the info though, much appreciated.
