Here's a complete list of all the stuff donated so far for the Pint 'n' Pizza campaign.
I've not had a chance to check the PO Box for a week, so if you have sent something recently and it's not listed here,don't panic.
I have refrained from listing who the donators are for the items, but they are grouped into the boxes that they were received in. If you do wish to take credit for a particular box, feel free. I have however listed the box we received from HMV, because as a large company I feel it is right to give them a mention.

As you said, good to see HMV providing something and the rest of the stuff.

Will get a box put together over the next week or so (is there a limit on box size ?)

I don't think there's a limit on box size, so far all boxes have been about shoe-box size, maybe a bit bigger. I would suggest that anything too much bigger than that might cause problems (plus cost a lot to post).

Can't think of any specifics we need, i'm sure somebody will post here if there is anything they can think of.
 
I think people need to get busy on the donation front.. a couple of quid here and there for our boys and girls can't be too hard.... can it?
 
the main requirements are flip flops, tee shirts, shaving supplies and entertainments such as dvds and cds according to the last communication I got from the lads in theatre.

I mean, I've just had returned to me a sizeable box I sent to the PO Box.
After all, I'm trying to do me bit, but I'd rather not waste money on Postal charges if the box ain't collected, eh?

You want me to try again ? My ATC squadron is getting stuff together.

Same here honey. Box returned as it was not called for.
 
When were these boxes sent?

Officially we started a collaboration with troopaid on Oct 7th last year. It was publicised http://www.e-goat.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=19588 at the time in the charity and the front page still requests any further donations to be sent to them in Solihull. We have still handled one off donations like Ajay's Playstation which is on its way to the Chinny boys out in Aghanistan, but all other donations should have been going to Troopaid.

That would appear to be a Post Office issue to me. The PO Box was checked regularly in the run up to Xmas and periodically since and they were never presented to us. Anything certainly before Xmas would have been forwarded to Troopaid.

' Bout the same time for me.
But I'm puzzled. From FOMZ's quote above: The Pint ‘n’ Pizza side of our campaign goes on unabated and we welcome all donations through our PO box. Please consider it as Christmas approaches and beer calls and function rear their boozy heads! The fundraising pack-ups are available for download so lets continue to do some good.

I realise that some 'coordinated' efforts are very worthy, but I'm trying to help the E-Goat push. Have I got it all wrong ?

I have some more to come pretty soon. I'd rather not have it returned, thanks. Politely, please, where do you want it ?
 
Maybe my fault a little here, I have been unable to check the PO Box since before Christmas (the 8000 mile round trip made it a little awkward) and I forgot to pass the PO Box card on to somebody before I left for Afghanistan, it was unfortunately forgotten during my OOA prep.

To be honest, the cost in petrol to keep checking the PO box and the cost of hiring the Box does not justify the amount of response that we have received, so it will be closed down as soon as the current subscription on it runs out. It seems musch better if we just pass the money that we would have spent on it direct to our charity.

My appologies to anybody who may have had mail returned.
